Please note that COCOMAE does not refund but we will happily offer store credit for items you wish to return or exchange to equal value. This applies both online & in store.

All returns MUST BE sent by express tracking post only we don't accept any in person returns.
We must receive goods back within 7 working days from receiving your parcel in the mail.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your items.
In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will reject the return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed, and addressed properly. If items are damaged or lost on their way back to our warehouse, we can not reimburse you in any way for this. So we suggest you use traceable postage with a tracking ID number.We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
