RETURNS POLICY

We understand that ordering online can be sometimes a bit tricky so we have put together a flexible returns policy to ensure that you are covered if you are not 110% happy with your order.

 
Please note that COCOMAE does not refund but we will happily offer store credit for items you wish to return or exchange to equal value. This applies both online & in store.

Please email orders@cocomae.com.au and we will give you a return ID number.

All returns MUST BE sent by express tracking post only we don't accept any in person returns. 

We must receive goods back within 7 working days from receiving your parcel in the mail.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your items.

We try our best to accept all returns, but items must be returned in their original packaging, odourless, no marks & with all tags attached.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will reject the return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed, and addressed properly. If items are damaged or lost on their way back to our warehouse, we can not reimburse you in any way for this. So we suggest you use traceable postage with a tracking ID number.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty. 
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers, If you believe your garment has a fault, please email orders@cocomae.com.au with a description of the garment and of the fault.
Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with tags attached.
In the case of a faulty garment we must be notified at COCOMAE within 3 days of receipt.
ON SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE THE SALE IS FINAL
